Being older than the rest of the adventurers, Rulahzahr is the pessimistic and insecure mayor of the desert town Sikodale. He is a very powerful and wise mage, but he knows his weaknesses too well to be able to see the bigger picture. He is a nervous wreck, he stutters and is afraid very easily.

Rulahzahr is a very powerful and bright mage. His wide arsenal of spells is really something but he never joins our group in combat. He constantly spends his time trying to find out what to do next, and serves as a guiding monitor/intelligence force for the party. He always gathers information on the moves of the enemy. It has been rumoured that he even studied the Phar discipline of magic, a discipline dealing with death, necromancy and darkness.

Rulahzahr fears almost everything that might even be the slightest bit of a threat to him or his friends and family, and overreacts to these things, which could result in casting an Inferno spell on a mere snake for example. He is always paranoid and superstitious, seeing everything as ill-omened and moreover he always has a feeling of impending doom and bad luck over him.

His personality stands for the aspect of talented people who are unable to recognize their own talent, and are stuck in their self-inflicted shell of self-induced restriction.
